• Delegation of Authority - Rewording of driver delegations to assist with interpretation.
• Operating centres, stable establishments and addresses for service - Addresses for service following the conclusion of the consultation on changes to the statutory documents.
• Good repute and fitness - Adding references to the legal provisions for construction and use requirements.
