PTS offers courses, consultancy services throughout the UK that are designed to cover every aspect of transport operations to maintain legal compliance.

Our consultancy services ensure the systems and practices used in your operation meet the undertakings agreed to when the Operator Licence was granted, and with the requirements of enforcement agencies, with effective solutions being implemented where problems arise. We provide Systems Audits with a full report suitable for submission to the Traffic Commissioners' offices.

The Transport Industry is one of the most legislated on a scale comparable only with to the nuclear industry. PTS assists with the interpretation and implementation of legislation as it is updated by government.

Our training courses include the Manager's CPC, Transport Managers' Refresher CPC and Operator Licence Awareness plus Driver CPC covering many industry subjects, which have a duration of between one and seven days, depending on the type of course. They can be undertaken in-house at the company premises, externally at a convenient venue or at our base.

Covert or Secret Passenger services help to identify problems on the road and ensure compliance with the regulations governing the service routes operated. Observations are backed up by a comprehensive report.

PTS offer legal compliance advice and systems compliance audits and also offer support, advise and assistance with preparation for problems encountered following DVSA inspections, Preliminary Hearing or Public Inquiry where representation before the Traffic Commissioner is also offered, if you should find yourself in this position.
