OCRS SYSTEM - IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF REPORTS
TRANSPORT OFFICE PORTAL
CPT have been informed by DVSA that they have discovered a technical issue with the IT systems that generate OCRS customer reports.
DVSA say that it may take up to 8 weeks to resolve the issue, so operators will be unable to access reports during this period.
The following TOP services remain available:
• vehicle test history
• encounter report
• top up your Pre-Funded Account (PFA)
DVSA enforcement will continue while OCRS are unavailable, with officers using additional targeting information, such as encounter history.
New update will be issued when received from DVSA
